About Inner RePatterning
EFT Inner RePatterning was developed by EFT Master Tania A
Prince and June K Spencer. Inner RePatterning is a gentle
approach that can clear issues without having to go into them,
analyze them. Inner RePatterning is an approach that works
via the bodies energy system.
What is Inner
RePatterning?
-
It is a tapping therapy developed
from EFT
-
It works in the "present moment"
the "Now"
-
It is very gentle
-
It could be classed as a mindful
approach to therapy - mindfulness is used by many
cognitive behavioural therapists (Inner RePatterning
however differs from the standard mindfulness approaches
because of its crossover with energy therapies, tapping.
It is a unique technique)
-
It does not require you to
re-experience uncomfortable emotions, generally it is an
incredibly gentle approach
-
It can be used on specific issues
such as stress, however it can also be used on issues
that have been life long (re- current patterns)
1. No need to analyze the problem in order to clear it
Why?
Understanding a problem does no clear a problem, it merely lets
you understand why you have it. Understanding is a function of
the conscious mind. All problems need to be cleared at the
unconscious level of the mind, the level at which the programmes,
memories, beliefs etc exist. In order to clear a problem you
need to deal with the underlying programmes that keep the
problem active within the mind/ body system.
2. Resisting a problem gives it energy
Why?
Many people try to clear issues by actively resisting it. They
have huge emotions around the issue and refuse to accept they
have it. These emotions "feed" the problem. They provide it with
energy. It is often said that, "what we resist persists". This
is very true. With EFT Inner RePatterning we accept the
existence of the problem and release our emotions about the fact
that it exists. This leads to the issue naturally releasing.
How Does it Differ
from (Classic) EFT?
-
It only uses ONE tapping point
-
It does not require understanding
or analysis of the problem or looking for the specific
events connected to the problem
-
It does not require that you break
the problem down into smaller pieces in order to work on
the problem. You can work on the whole problem, without
the need to "chunk it down"
